Stew Productions ("we," "us") provides comedy video recording, delivery, and editing services in Charleston, SC. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
We use your information only to run the service you signed up for: to deliver your set video, request and confirm payment, send you your private download link, and notify you before a video is deleted. We do not sell your personal information.
If you opt in, we use your mobile number to send account & delivery notifications (payment links, video links, expiry reminders). Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Full SMS terms: stewproductions.com/sms-policy.
No mobile information (including your phone number and SMS opt-in consent) will be sold or shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
We share the minimum data necessary with the providers that operate the service: Square (payment processing), Google Drive (private video storage/delivery), and Google Gmail and our SMS provider (sending your notifications). These providers process data only to deliver our service and not for their own marketing. Phone numbers collected for SMS are never shared for marketing.
Delivered videos are automatically deleted from storage approximately 8 days after payment. You may ask us to remove your contact details at any time.
Unsubscribe from emails via the link in any message; reply STOP to opt out of texts. To have your information deleted, email us.
